Introduction
Herong Intelligent Co, Ltd. specializes in the production of metal powder stainless steel filter bags and their products, Strong technical force, advanced production technology, and the introduction of a full set of production and testing equipment. The products are widely used in petrochemical, aerospace machinery instrumentation, electronic pharmacy, food environmental protection, vapor liquid two-phase filtration and separation.
About size and tolerance
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers support customer’s component design from the planning stage until its mass production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components. As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50 g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a maximum weight of about 120 g.
